VIP Membership Cancellation Policy

Members of the VIP Membership program have flexible options to manage and, if desired, cancel their membership. To ensure ease and convenience, members may initiate a cancellation request through one of two available methods:

By Phone – Simply call our customer support team, who will assist with all membership adjustments, including cancellations. Our support representatives are available to help ensure the process is smooth and timely.

By Email – Send a cancellation request via email. You can find our contact information and email details on our Contact Us page, making it easy to submit your request at your convenience.

Upon receiving a cancellation request through either method, the membership will continue to provide access to all VIP benefits, including Porch Protection, until the end of the current billing period. At that point, the membership will be fully deactivated, and no further billing will occur. Members may continue to enjoy exclusive VIP privileges and services until the deactivation date, at which time access to these benefits will conclude.
